Creative Solutions | Sustainable Futures | Inspired Leadership

I have a unique ability to see around the corner—vision—and make an inspirational and executable plan to get there. You have a story to tell the world and I simply help you narrate it—oh, and maybe garner a few new donors and awards along the way!

Why should you engage my services?

I’ve had the benefit of working for nimble organizations with leaders who strive to do a better job every day. Leaders open to creating unique solutions based on honest assessments of who was served and what they needed: WHICH WAS NOT TRADITIONAL SERVICES!

As a result we were able to create multiple award-winning programs, services, engage new donors and find partners in full support of our efforts, over and over again. All of this, without stressing the budgets. We did more with less.

While at the Waukegan Public Library we were honored for this work by receiving the National Medal by the Institute of Museum and Library Services at the White House.

That was then, this is now. What resources do you need to achieve your vision and ensure your organization is strong and sustainable?

The Organizations That Hire Me…

I work with organizations that want a fresh approach, are anticipating change or want to better engage the community they serve, creating greater impact and even more importantly, OUTCOMES THAT MATTER.

I apply the assess, plan and mastery model to the organizations I work with and it is successful. I know because I’ve not only applied this model in my professional life, but also to my personal life.

I spent most of 2018–19 on a sabbatical which was a result of a process of assessments, planning and being coached.

It started seven years ago, the day my granddaughter was born prematurely and rushed into surgery. As frightening as this was, it was the diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis that changed the course of my life. It forced me to take stock and realize I was not living my most authentic life.

Through this process, I assessed everything, including beliefs that were self-limiting to my growth. Seven years later, I sold my house, my belongings and left the state where I was born and raised. I’ve been gathering experiences as currency for a rich life ever since and am living proof that my journey of assessments, awakening to truths and seeking guidance has led to a new vision and fulfilling life plan.

I practice what I preach because it works, in life and at work.
