The word Inspiritus is Latin for breath, spirit, inspiration.

Drawing inspiration from my granddaughter’s diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis, my mission changed from doing the work—to sharing the work—of breathing spirit and inspiration into organizations that want to level up.

I bring passion, joy, and humor, as well as award-winning experience to the table. We can do this together by using the proven assess, plan, and mastery model always working through community engagement first.

I believe I can make the greatest impact by working with social sector leaders in small to mid-sized organizations as I’ve spent my career working with municipalities, libraries, nonprofits and foundations as small as one person and as large as 100 employees become more relevant and thus sustainable.

What is the social sector? It is all the work that is not done in private or public sectors—it includes non-profits, foundations, arts and culture and social service organizations. My primary focus is libraries and museums.

I have firsthand experience in helping transform organizations by creating award-winning programs and services that meet the community’s needs. My approach is to analyze all facets of the operation, interview key community members and assess the board and administration’s comfort with change.

I help agencies anticipate the negative economic forces that make it difficult to provide a high level of service. Whether it be updating a strategy or coordinating a restructuring or merger, I add value through expertise in cultural adaptation, assessments, and strategy.

Specifically I develop the following plans and strategies:

Coaching: Focus on the Future

The hardest part of carrying out a plan is the actual execution. My coaching strategy is customized to meet your needs. Weekly or monthly calls to check in on goals and discuss strategy and management are the most effective tool I offer.
